The size of the room, the comfortable bed. The staff from those in the restaurant to the bell boys were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really good.

the colonial style was enchased by the decorations and the art work shown. the gardens were magnificent and the waterfalls very soothing. tThe staff were so welcoming and very well trained. the gift shop on location was excellent. the breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant excellent as well. the coffee shop provided a good way to just have something light. The hotel is way to relax in beauty.

I became sick on my first day here and called reception to assist. They called a DR that saw me bedside and brought me to a local hospital. I was released a day later with medication and extended my trip to recover. That staff was so attentive making sure I didn't feel alone, cleaned my suite, and made me a get well card. They also prepared me soup and coordinated all my transporation and covid testing for my return flight. I was sad I didn't explore the island, but I will definitely be back again. Affordable and best hospitality, medical care here was superb!!! Until next time.

Beautiful venue… the staff was amazing, the rooms and common places spotless. The location convenient, not in the center of town but close to the airport and Malls.

Front desk staff went above and beyond when we couldn't find a taxi or an Uber. It's a nice place to stay. Room service was delicious after a long week of travel.
